Gravel Grinder

Saturday, April 4th

Camp in a tent, RV, or cabin. Then, fill up your bottles and go!

The gravel scene has exploded in the last decade, so it's about time this part of the state had its own gravel event. These roads are largely still unexplored and some roads have never even seen bicycle traffic.

We offer 4 gravel routes:

The Sasquatch Challenge:

*The 120 mile route will be challenging and unsupported (average 20 mph to share in $2,000 cash pot).

----this route is open to anyone who is up for a 120 mile route that offers 85% gravel roads, great climbs, fun descents and beautiful country side. Finish in under 6 hours to share (or claim) the $2,000 prize pot!

The Big Foot:

*The 100 miles route will be challenging and unsupported (awards to top 5 finishers).

*There will be a bag drop at half way for 100 and 120 mile routes

**Each rider will be responsible for having a type of device to show maps and directions

The Double Nickle:

*This 100 km route will be beautiful and fun, and challenging (to say the least). Great climbs descend across beautiful streams and incomparable rest stops.

This 100 km route will be well marked and supported and includes rest stops.

The Baby Sasquatch:

*The 30 mile route for beginners will offer a taste of gravel (but not too much).

This 30 mile route will be well marked and supported and includes rest stops.

After the ride, we encourage you to drink complimentary Heirloom Rustic Ales beer, Chimi Restaurant will be set up all weekend , set up your tent, and stick around for the bonfire.

Routes will be published no earlier than April 1st, 2020.
